Your stage debut,
part of the record.
Arangetram. Rangapravesham. Rangapravesha. Rangmanch Pravesh. Arangettam. Different traditions and languages, one defining milestone: years of training carried onto the stage.
Free · Built for artists, families, gurus and the community around them
One milestone. Many traditions.
The word may change with the art form, language and tradition. What matters here is the milestone itself: the stage debut that represents years of study, the guidance of a guru, and a tradition passed forward.
Arangetram Registry keeps that story on the record: who performed, under whom, in which tradition, and how the lineage continues. The name of the platform is Arangetram Registry, but the community is not limited to one regional term or one classical form.
Dance and music traditions are welcome. The registry is growing with the community.

We review, then publish
A person reads every profile before it becomes part of the public registry.
Traditions across classical arts
Find artists by the form they trained in. Dance and music both belong here.
Music too — vocal, veena, violin, flute, tabla, mridangam and more.
The people behind the performance matter too
A stage debut takes more than training. Families also need trusted services to bring the day together. The Vendor Directory keeps those businesses in a separate, easy-to-browse space alongside the registry.
Vendor listings are reviewed before publication. Portfolio photos are reviewed too, and enquiries are screened by our team before being forwarded.
Built with young artists in mind
Many classical stage debuts happen during the teenage years. Some artists here are still at school. The registry is built around that reality.
- Nobody can email an artist directly. Every message is read by our team first. Artists only see the ones we pass on.
- Under 18? Less is public. No photo on the public page. First name and last initial. State, not city.
- A parent stays in the loop. A parent or guardian confirms the profile and receives a copy of anything we forward.
- Your certificate is never published. We check it. Nobody else sees it.
